What is an International English programme?

Programme Objectives
This programme is designed for local and international students. This twelve weeks academic programme allows students who need to improve their English to study in a Malaysian college or university, whose professions require a mastery of the English language or who simply desire to improve their English language skills. The programme includes instruction in reading, writing, listening, speaking, as well as grammar.
The objectives of the programme is to equip graduates with:
- Fundamental knowledge and basic technical skills;
- Operational and entrepreneurial skills to perform effectively and ethically within their specific areas of Business Studies;
- The relevant skills for lifelong learning and career development.
What will I learn?
You will learn professional English language in writing, reading, listening and speaking which also prepare you for IELTS qualification. The programme has 2 levels, namely FAME International Elementary 001 and FAME Intermediate 002.
Each programme explores a different aspect of the listening, speaking, reading and writing skills needed for the IELTS test. Students will also be awarded a Certificate of Attendance after passed the internal assessment.
Course Summary
This intensive programme is for international and Malaysian students who have an unconditional offer and would like to improve their English fluency and study skills in preparation for their academic studies.This programme is to develop skills and strategies for intermediate to learners of English – especially those preparing to take the IELTS test.
