ICT Executive

Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the Campus Management System, online learning
system, websites maintenance and updating.
• Ensure maximum server and hosting services uptime and performance.
• Infrastructure network services administration
• Provide technical support to end-users, which includes dealing with operational
problem
• Provide technical support to software applications.
• Help to source for ICT solutions.
• Align and support to IT project plans and implementation.
• Propose and develop new possible and potential IT solutions and system.

Requirement:
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in software and systems maintenance/online
application maintenance
• Possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work with minimum supervision, as well as able to contribute to entire
company development.
• Self-motivated, positive mindset and solution-based thinking.
• Fluent in English oral and written communication.
• Others credentials earned from e-learning platform, formal/informal learning training program from the last 3 years is an added advantage.

E-learning Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

1) Work with CEO to develop and establish e-learning and any other emerging businesses
2) Perform research, develop business strategies and plans to establish, expand and sustain e-learning
3) Business development in the field of e-learning
4) Provide support to CEO / top management in embarking into emerging business
5) Dealing with external parties such as partners, agents, business channels, clients and others

Requirements:

1) At least a Diploma Holder
2) Passion in digital / virtual environment and business
3) Knowledge and experiences in e-learning on related field
4) Willing to continue learning
5) Able to work with minimum supervision and is proactive
6) Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese will be an added advantage

Personal Assistant to CEO

Responsibilities:

1) To handle private and confidential matters and perform secretarial duties for the CEO
2) To answer and screen phone calls and manage the CEO emails
3) To schedule and organize meetings and appointments
4) To monitor and track documents to ensure proper handling with regards to signatures, distribution and responses
5) To manage and maintain proper filing of all documents and correspondents
6) To assist in any preparation for business development, management matters etc as instructed by CEO
7) To involve in business development and project that the CEO is embarking
8) To perform ad-hoc duties assigned by CEO
9) Any other business assigned by the Management, which may occur from time to time

Requirements:

1) At least a Diploma holder
2) Willing to work beyond the office hours
3) Capable to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage

International Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:

1) Develop and execute strategies and plans to promote, market and recruit oversea students
2) Collaborate with agents in promoting and executing recruitment plans, such as providing talks and take part in expo
3) Business development on new leads and new agents in Malaysia and overseas
4) Provide career and education consultation to students
5) To achieve students recruitment target
6) To provide students services to International students
7) To deal with Immigration Department, EMGS and other authorities for any related processes
8) Ensure strong relations, good motivation and provision of quality services

Requirements:

1) At least a Diploma holder
2) Candidate who possesses qualification in Business Administration / Marketing / Entrepreneurship will be an added advantage
3) 2 years working experiences in the related field is preferred
4) Candidate must be willing to travel or willing to work on shift duty
5) Capable to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage

Accounting / Finance Lecturers (Full Time)
English Language Lecturers (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

1) Setting questions, perform assessment on students, marking and compilation of students learning performance
2) To monitor and track on the growth process of the students
3) To design, prepare and develop teaching materials for diverse programmes
4) To prepare lesson plan according to guideline and academic standard
5) To deliver lectures in accordance to the lesson plan
6) To provide consultation, supervision and mentoring to students
7) To provide support to Student Affair and students engagement activities
8) To provide support to Marketing, Recruitment Department and others department
9) To carry out training for working adults

Requirements:

1) Candidates to possess good interpersonal skill and able to communicate well in English
2) Preferably with at least 2 years of related experience
3) Expatriate is encouraged to apply

Qualification:

For Accounting / Finance Lecturers
Must possess a Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Accounting and /or Finance. Those who possessed ACCA qualification will be an added advantage

For English Language Lecturers
Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in the related field
Possess recognized TESOL certificate (with experience in teaching, preferably in IELTS) is an added advantage

Education Course Consultant

Responsibilities:

1) To provide education guidance and counseling to prospective students and / or their parents/guardians
2) To contribute and execute marketing plan and its related activities to drive student recruitment
3) To plan, coordinate and attend schools visits, exhibitions, roadshows and other outreach activities of the College
4) To support, build and maintain relationships with assigned agents and schools/colleges counselors

Requirements:

1) Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing / Business or equivalent
2) Experiences working in the education industry or local and / or International students recruitments are an added advantage
3) Self-motivated, target oriented and independent with high degree of commitment to meet deadlines and objectives
4) Ability to work and cooperate in a team oriented environment
5) Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
6) Willing to work on shift duty and willing to travel
