Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track student academic progress and performance.
Design, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and teaching materials in accordance with academic standards.
Supervise students’ academic and personal development, providing guidance and pastoral support.
Develop and improve teaching materials, prepare schemes of work, and maintain records to monitor student progress, achievement, and attendance.
Engage in academic research and contribute to publications or other scholarly outputs aligned with personal or departmental goals.
Set, assess, and grade assignments and examinations.
Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement of academic programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Accounting / Finance Lecturer:

Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is required.
Possession of ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.

Business Management Lecturer:

Must hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
PhD holders are encouraged to apply.

E-Commerce Lecturer & Trainer:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Information Technology, or E Commerce.
Minimum of 1 year of experience conducting E-Commerce or related training (industry or academic).

General Requirements (All Disciplines):

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong proficiency in English.
At least 2 years of teaching or industry-related experience preferred.
Fresh graduates with a strong passion for teaching are also welcome to apply.
Experience in research or with a postgraduate academic background will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and digital learning platforms is desirable.
