Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and passionate Education Course Consultant to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in guiding prospective students, executing marketing strategies, and contributing to the college’s recruitment and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional and accurate education counselling to prospective students and/or their parents.
Execute student recruitment activities, including school visits, exhibitions, roadshows, webinars, and outreach programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, school counselors, and corporate partners.
Follow up with potential students to ensure timely enrolment and provide continuous support through the admission process.
Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plans to achieve recruitment targets.
Support digital marketing and social media initiatives to promote programs and events.
Maintain and update student enquiry databases and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing, sales or business development.
Candidates with experience in student recruitment, education marketing, or digital marketing will have an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Willingness to travel and work during events, weekends, and public holidays when required.
