Create & Link Parent Profile to Student in GoMyCampus

The purpose of this page created is to guide Marketing Team on how to :

  • Register/Create Parent/Guardian Profile in the GoMyCampus
  • Link Parent/Guardian Profile with Student Profile in GoMyCampus
  • Guide parent to register themselves at Parent Portal

Step 1 : After Marketing Team, register new student at GoMyCampus using “Express Enrollment“, they need to create parent/guardian at GoMyCampus ( Marketing Team need Parent IC Number, Phone Number & Email Address)

  • Registry > Enrollment/Registration > 1. Student Profile (Search Student Profile) > Click “Edit” at Student Profile > Scroll and look for Student Profile > Select Guardian Information > Click ” Create New Parent Profile +” > Fill the field with ” * ” click ‘Create“

Step 2 : For parent that has profile, Marketing Team can ignore Step 1 and proceed to link student profile with parent profile

  • Click “Link Student to Parent Profile +” > Click “Add” and search for Parent Profile and choose the relationship > Click “Submit“

Marketing Team can give Parent Portal link to Parent to register themselves. Make sure email and IC Number the same inside GoMyCampus
