FAME Students Experience Real-World Retail Operations at Farley Kuching
Learning goes beyond the classroom at FAME International College as 50 students recently participated in an insightful educational visit to Farley Kuching.
The visit provided students with valuable firsthand exposure to real-world retail operations, allowing them to better understand how the retail industry functions in a professional working environment. Throughout the session, students gained insights into daily retail management, operational processes, customer service practices, and workplace expectations within the industry.
The educational visit aimed to bridge classroom learning with practical industry experience, helping students develop a broader understanding of career opportunities and real-world business operations.
One of the key highlights of the visit was the engaging sharing session conducted by HR Manager Mr. Chew and the Farley Kuching team. Students had the opportunity to interact with industry professionals, ask questions, and learn about the skills and mindset required in today’s fast-evolving retail sector.
At FAME International College, students are encouraged to explore industries beyond textbooks and lectures. Through industry exposure activities such as educational visits, students are able to gain practical insights, strengthen their communication skills, and better prepare themselves for future careers.
FAME International College extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Chew and the entire Farley Kuching team for their warm hospitality and meaningful sharing session.
The college looks forward to more industry collaborations that continue to inspire and empower students through experiential learning opportunities.
